About us

Family-run, Atlanta-based, no shortcuts.

Fix & Flow Plumbing Co. started as one guy with a van and a toolbox on the east side of Atlanta, and it's still run the same way today — by people who live here and answer their own phones.

We work out of a shop on Mayson St near the BeltLine, and most of our calls come from neighbors who tell their neighbors. That's the whole business model: show up, quote a fair flat price, do the job right, and leave the place clean.

Whether it's a running toilet in Kirkwood or a full water heater swap in Grant Park, we treat every house like it's the one we'd want worked on ourselves.

Do you really give a price before starting work?

Yes. We look at the job, tell you the flat rate, and get your sign-off before any tool comes out of the van. What we quote is what you pay — no change orders sprung on you at the end.

What counts as an emergency, and what does the $149 cover?

Burst pipes, no water, sewage backups, and no-heat water heater failures are all emergency calls, day or night. The $149 covers the after-hours dispatch and diagnosis — and it's waived completely if you go ahead with the repair.

Will the work pass inspection?

That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job — code-correct work the first time, so you're never stuck waiting on a re-inspection or a callback.
